OUR BEGINNINGS

It all started in 2012 with a charming credenza I discovered at a thrift store. Captivated by its potential, I repainted it, giving it new life and a touch of my artistic flair. The result was so remarkable that I decided to take a leap of faith and offer more of these transformed treasures to the world.

With excitement and determination, I listed my first piece, a small end table, on Craigslist. To my surprise, it didn’t take long for a customer to show interest. Within 45 minutes of going live, my husband and I found ourselves in a Target parking lot, meeting the eager buyer. The success of that sale, coupled with my husband’s daring challenge, fueled my passion and propelled me to do it again.

Piece by piece, I honed my techniques, perfecting my craft and expanding my offerings. Soon, the demand grew, and I made the bold decision to quit my part-time job, transforming my den into a bustling workshop where customers could visit and purchase pieces directly from our home.

The turning point came when my husband and I ventured into manufacturing floating headboards out of our garage. The response was overwhelming, and the business took off with remarkable speed. In a leap of faith, my husband left his full-time job, joining me in this creative endeavor.

In mid-2014, we knew it was time to take the next step. We bid farewell to our home-based operation and rented a small retail space. Here, we could dedicate ourselves to crafting and showcasing our unique pieces, welcoming customers into an environment where creativity and inspiration abound.
