Holds, Returns, Exchanges Policy
Hold Period:
a. Customers are granted a hold period of 7 days from the date of purchase to pick up the item.
b. Failure to pick up the item within 7 days will result in a daily charge of $10 starting from day 8.
Returns and Exchanges:
a. Once the item leaves our store, we do not accept returns.
b. If the customer changes their mind, and the item hasn’t left our store:
i. Store Credit Option: We can offer store credit for the full amount of the purchase.
ii. Refund Option: We can offer a refund, subject to a 10% restocking fee.
